Return Process

  Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and within 30 days of the purchase date due to health and safety regulations.

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return address.

  Pack Securely

  Safely package the items to prevent damage during transit and include a note with your order details inside the parcel.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
